11 Sept 2013: Hanoi arrives
 Aiport pick up and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy pleasant walk around the lake area for a glimpse of the city.

 Overnight at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

12 Sept 2013: Hanoi city tour – O/N on train to Sapa

 Today we start with a cyclo(rickshaw) ride around the old quarter and French quarter of Hanoi and stop at Hochiminh complex and queue with local to walk solemnly to visit his mausoleum.

 Walking along tree-lined colonial street in Hanoi French quarter with stop to visit a bonsai garden inside former Thang Long Citadel
 Keep on to Ngo Si Lien market for authentic local street food market before a visit to Temple of Literature – the first Emperial college of Vietnam and symbol of Vietnamese education traditions.
 After lunch in a authentic local restaurant called Quan An Ngon for best traditional Vietnamese dishes, we will visit Hanoi Hilton( a former French prison).
 Visit one of your museum of your choice( Ethnology museum, history museum and Military Museum)
 Drive to old quarter of Hanoi and enjoy walk in this very Hanoi area to see get to know local life before keep on to Dong Xuan central market – the biggest wholesale market of Hanoi

 Overnight on train to Sapa

13 Sept 2013: Laocai – Sapa – Ylinhho – Laochai – Tavan
 Train arrives early in Laocai( near china border), we take a scenic drive uphill for one hour to Sapa
 After breakfast at the hotel, we will walk around Sapa town for a glimpse of the town and visit Sapa central market
 Start hiking with your local guide following the only road built on the side of a mountain range, looking down the valley, over viewing magnificent landscapes composed of high mountains, deep valleys, and stream of water winding, waterfalls and terraced rice paddies and drop us at on the roadside in order to start our trek down to the river and Y Linh Ho village and keep on to Lao Chai village and Tavan villages of different ethnic group with beautiful views of rice terraces, moutains and also interesting local life.
 Walking through the village of Y Linh Ho( home of Red Dzao), Lao Chai( home of Blac HMong) and Tavan( home of Dzay) with many encounter with locals and home visits
 Drive back to Sapa from Tavan in late afternoon

14 Sept 2013: Sinchai/ Tram Ton pass/Silver waterfalls
 This morning, travel by car toward the Silver Water fall and take a short walk to the waterfall.
 Then, continue the drive to Heaven's Gate, the highest peak of roads in Vietnam. From there it is possible to view Mount Fansipan, the highest peak of Indochina mountains as well as stunning panoramic views.
 The trek begins with a descent to a nearby the waterfall. Following the trail downhill through a bamboo forest, which belongs to Hoang Lien National Park. Stop to enjoy a riverside break before continuing to trek to Sin Chai village, where we visit non-touristic village, inhabited by the black Hmong minority

15 Sept 2013: Sapa – Bac Ha – Laocai – O/N on train
 After breakfast, We will take scenic drive for 2.5 hours to Ba Ha where we will attend weekly Sunday market with many colourful hilltribes local in their best dress going to the market for socialising and trading their exotic produces. Great opportunity for authentic local watching, taking photos and understand about local life.
 Then we will take a scenic boat ride ride along Chay River for magnificient view of moutains, water and local life of the area with stopover to visit Trung Do – a village of Tay Ethnic group
 Keep on drive to Sapa with another stop at China-Vietnam border gate( Hakou) for taking a photo
 Overnight on train to Hanoi
16 Sept 2013: Hanoi – Halong – O/N on Junk
 Train arrives Hanoi at 5.00, we go to Hoan Kiem lake to see hundreds of local people doing Taichi on its side. Walk around the old streets and visit local market before coming back to the hotel for a shower to fresh up and buffet breakfast there.
 After breakfast, we start driving to Halong Bay for 3.5 hours with stop at rice paddy on the way to see farmers working.
 We check in our deluxe junk at 12.00 and start our cruising around spectacular bay of thousand limestone karsts sticking out of the water , passing by floating fishing villages and encounter many local fishermen and stopover at a cave for a little walk to enjoy its beauty .

17 Sept 2013: Halong – Hanoi
 After breakfast, spend sometime explore Luon Lagoon by sampan( local rowing boat) through its half-submerged tunnels.
 More cruise different areas of Halong Bay in the morning and brunch on the Junk before disembark at noon and drive back to Hanoi with first stop to see a traditional rice farmer village and wooden carpentry village making ancestral items

18 Sept 2013: Hanoi – Fly to Hoian
 Free time in Hanoi before transfer to the airport for your flight to Danang
 Airport pickup and Visit Marble Moutains by climbing up following stone steps and enjoy the panoramic view of the nearby countryside, and visit Huyen Khong cave before entering Tam Thai and Linh Ung pagodas. take a rest at the foot of the mountain, where you can visit Non Nuoc stone village. here, you can see the local skillful sculptors creating many marble products

19 Sept 2013: Hoian city tour – Be a farmer – cooking class in Tra Que
 A.M: Your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and we all ride the bicycles to the TRA QUE Vegetables village with stop on the way to see countryside landscape and life of the farmer/ fishermen
 The guide introduces the history of Tra Que village , local daily works of the villagers and see the farmers working to grow and take care of their herb garden while cycling around the village
 Then one of the farmer will show you their daily activities,they are training you how to do their works: grow vegetables and watering vegetables by using the local farming tool...ect
 We then will come in one of the local family where we attend cooking class cooking traditional local dishes.
 Lunch will be served with what we cooked together with rice prepared by the family.
Hop on our bike and cycle back to Hoi An town
PM: Tour guide pick up you at the hotel. Start walking tour with numerous places of interest: the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, museum,private family's ancient house and lantern-making family .
 Walk along the narrow lanes lined, we walk through houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit HOian market

 You then head out to Hon Mun Island - the best island for snorkeling where you can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish.
 Continue to the Mot island for relaxing, swimming & water sports.

25 Sept 2013: Saigon city tour – Cuchi tunnels
 This morning begin a walking tour of Saigon's famous and historic city landmarks. The tour will take you through the heart of the city along Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat),past the Rex Hotel,
 Ho Chi Minh Square, the Municipal Theatre and Notre Dame Cathedral.
 Following a tour of the Reunification Palace (formerly the Presidential Palace) and War Remnants Museum.
 Then we will travel to the Cu Chi Tunnels located about 60kms in the west of Saigon in an area known during the Vietnam War as the 'Iron Triangle' on account of the strength of its communist insurgency. The Cu Chi tunnel network was established as a means of waging guerilla war against superior French and later American fire power. The network stretches over 250km (155 miles) and extends to three levels underground providing a remarkable insight into the method and determination of communist forces during the War.
 Return to Saigon by late afternoon

26 Sept 2013: Saigon – Mekong Delta
 Take a scenic drive to My Tho passing immense rice paddy on the way
 Board a boat for a cruise to witness Cai be floating market and then keep cruise along the bank of the Mekong River with stop to visit the Bee garden on the Unicorn island where you will enjoy honey lemon tea and fruit sweets.
 Keep on to BenTre (Coconut Island) where has more coconut palms than any other place in the country and visit farmer's traditional house.
 With the real farmers, we learn how to catch fish in the canals and also how to cook Vietnamese prawn pancake. Evening you will have dinner with Mekong family atmosphere.

27 Sept 2013: Mekong Delta – Saigon - departs at 9 P.M
 AM: Take a bicycle and ride on the country roads to visit the village market, fruit gardens, and Bonsai gardens and learn about the country morning cultural life on coconut island.
 Boat to visit the fish farm on the Mekong River – visit local handicraft village, a traditional house on the island, enjoy fresh fruits and listen Mekong music
 We also take a rowing boat to explore a small natural canal for local life experience
PM: Drive back to Saigon with stop at Bon Sai garden restaurant for lunch and also to visit Binh Tay market( Big Market) and Thien Hau Pagoda in China town area
 Back to hotel for shower ( 2 rooms for use till 18h00)
 Keep on transfer to the airport for your outgoing flight home
