לשים לב - יש בדיקות של רכבים בכל מיני אזורים, בייחוד בצפון מזרח וקצת בצ`ילה. מומלץ מאוד רשיון נהיגה בינלאומי (חובה בצ`ילה, ולדעתי גם בארגנטינה - עצרו אותי פעם לא רחוק ממעבר הגבול לפאראגוואי...
בבואנוס איירס אין לך שום צורך ברכב, ואפילו עדיף שלא תקחי אחד. יש יופי של תחבורה ציבורית, מוניות זולות ובשפע, וכמו שכנראה לא היית שוכרת רכב במנהטן, כך גם לא כדאי בבואנוס איירס.
